RADON, isn’t that a bunch of hooey??
- Safety is a Primary concern – Is your Home Safe?
- You can’t see or smell radon. Testing is the only way to know your level of exposure.
- “Radon is a naturally occurring radioactive gas that can cause lung cancer.”

I will help you understand what risks your home has and can do testing to tell you the average Radon levels.
This is one of the cheapest things you can do to save you from significant health issues!
What To Expect
Testing is done in the home for a minimum of 48 hours per the EPA. Most homes the testing is done over 3 days in a “closed home condition”* to get the best reading possible.
A “closed home condition” means: All doors and windows are kept closed at all times during the test, except for normal entry/exit of exterior doors. Window air conditioners should not be used during the testing. Whole house fans and fireplaces are not to be used during the testing.

It was truly a pleasure working with Shane. He was incredibly thorough and walked us through every step of the process. As a first time homebuyer, I had plenty of questions, which he was happy to answer. He gave me realistic estimates on how much we could expect to spend on each repair/improvement, as well as showing us how we could make some of the improvements ourselves. I will certainly be recommending this company to everyone in the future.

Give me a call to set an appointment:
